Quakeforge 0.5.5 patches.

These patches allow quakeforge 0.5.5 to run on a modern Linux system (tested on Fedora 5,8 and 10 on i386 & x86_64).
One of the patches also allows quakeforge to run at the X server's native
resolution (no mode changes, and full HD quake goodness).
