These patches are required to get mrouted-3.9beta3+IOS12 to compile and run
on recent Linux kernels (tested on 2.6.26).

Apply mrouted-3.9beta3+IOS12-rename-log-func.patch first, and then apply
mrouted-3.9beta3+IOS12-other.patch.
